Q. Can I develop games in Nekoland as a sole proprietorship or as a corporate entity?
Yes, either method is acceptable. Please set the business type as individual or corporation from the payment information application management menu inside the Nekoland game console.
Then, please submit the following documents to account@supercat.co.kr.

Q. I am an individual developer and want to switch to doing business as a sole proprietorship or corporate entity. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible. However, you can not switch from being a single developer to being a legal business entity and then back to being a single developer. Therefore, please consider carefully before switching to a personal/corporate business account.
Here's how to switch from a being a single developer to being a business entity. First, change the type of business to individual or corporation business from the settlement information application management menu inside the Nekoland game console. Then, please send the following documents to account@supercat.co.kr e-mail.

Q. I applied as a personal/corporate business entity. How will I get paid?
Once the documents have been confirmed, you must issue a tax invoice before the 10th of each month.
Q. Do I have to issue a tax invoice after I have switched to using a private/corporate business entity?
Yes, you do. You will need to issue a tax invoice to SUPERCAT matching the amount that you will receive in transfer via Nekoland. However, this only applies to those registered as business entities.
Q. Where and how do I issue a tax invoice?
You can issue tax invoices from the National Tax Service’s Hometax website. Tax invoices must be issued before the 10th of each month.
Q. What if I do not issue a tax invoice?
If you do not issue a tax invoice, you will be charged a penalty for the delay. For more details, please contact Korea’s National Tax Service (www.nts.go.kr).
Q. Does the payment amount decrease or increase if I change to an individual or corporate business entity?
If you change to a corporate entity, you will receive an additional tax (10%) on settlement payments. Note that although the typical settlement amount is distributed after assessing business taxes, the 10% VAT is assessed on the total, pre-tax amount.
Q. When is the settlement date?
From July 2019, payment for each month will be distributed on the 16th of the following month.
